An appointment for 1 person cannot be extended to several people without prior agreement (out of respect for the people who come after you). If two or more people want to be examined or have a question: please make an appointment for two.
You can call us if no appointment time is available online (for 1 or more people).
If you have to cancel an appointment: please do that at least four hours in advance. Delay due to unpredictable transport problem? Please notify us.
Patients who do not show up more than once without notification for a scheduled appointment will lose their ability to make online appointments.
We always work according to the legal rates. When you are a member of a Belgian Mutualiteit (everybody with a labor contract has that right, also for his family) you only pay the supplement (= 1 to 6 euros during the day, depending on your status).
The doctors each take 10-14 days of vacation in July and August (and one week during the New Year's period). Dates are not shown here for security reasons, but they may lead to waiting times of 2 weeks.
In our offices, you must wear a mask when you have a fever or cough, also in 2024 and 2025, out of respect for other attendees and our team. It helps to prevent the spread of viruses, such as Covid, flu, colds, CSV.
